  1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all travel arrangements made with our agency.

1.2 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by our agency.

1.3 Our agency reserves the right to refuse any booking or cancel any reservation at any time.

  • The client acknowledges and accepts that our agency is not the principal in relation to the services provided and accepts the terms and conditions of the suppliers.
  1. Booking and Payment

2.1 A deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance is due prior to departure.

2.2 The client must pay the full amount of the booking before the departure date.

2.3 Our agency reserves the right to cancel the booking if the full payment is not received by the due date.

  • Our agency is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred by the client’s bank or credit card company.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Any cancellation or changes to the booking must be notified to our agency in writing.

3.2 Cancellation fees may apply according to the cancellation policy of the suppliers. 3.3 Our agency reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any changes to the booking.

3.4 No refund will be given for any unused services or missed activities.

  1. Travel Documents and Insurance

4.1 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and up to date.

4.2 Our agency is not responsible for any failure to obtain necessary travel documents, visas, or health certificates.

4.3 It is strongly recommended that the client takes out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Liability and Responsibility

5.1 Our agency acts only as an intermediary between the client and the suppliers and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the suppliers.

5.2 Our agency is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or disruption to travel plans caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, and civil unrest.

5.3 The client accepts that the suppliers may operate under local standards and regulations and that our agency is not liable for any failure to comply with such standards and regulations.

  1. Complaints

6.1 Any complaints must be notified to our agency in writing within 14 days of the end of the travel arrangements.

6.2 Our agency will investigate and respond to any complaints as soon as practicable.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our agency is located.

7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where our agency is located.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

8.1 By making a booking with our agency, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
